Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime for Clients.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades.
• Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
• Document all work performed, including resolutions, activities, and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with Clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Field Technician or similar role in IT support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
