Technical Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in International Technical Support
  • Provide technical support to customers over the phone, with a focus on international clients
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware problems
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study.
  • Rotational shift (24/7)
  • Age - 28/29yr Max
  • 5 days working, 2 days rotational off
  • Language - Only English
  • Cabs provided
  • WFO only
  • Undergraduates/Post-Graduates
