Payroll Accountant for its client in

Job Role:
- Planning and implementation of new financial processes to help our client gain a foothold in Germany Settlement of the payroll for our "candidates" and employees and the individual processing and supervision of income tax and social security check Management of the daily financial business of our Germany department including invoicing and receivables management Correspondence with health insurances and authorities
- Actively collaborate with our Account Management and Operations teams (to ensure that candidates and clients experience the best possible experience)
- Supervision of third parties and the German tax office Monthly reporting of the results of our Germany department to the finance team in England Settlement of taxable documents and certificates
- Settlement of payment transactions
- Reconciliation of ledger and accounting of liabilities and debtors
- Preparation of tax arrears and annual statements
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable studies
- Professional experience in salary or specialization during training with emphasis on wages and salary
- Knowledge of employment tax, employment and social security law
- SBS payroll software experience is beneficial Good english knowledge
