Lead the evaluation of existing partners through making regular business reviews & agreed KPI’s, follow up on execution with excellence and address market & partner needs, as well as manage and maintain relationships with our partners to facilitate business growth.
Lead the execution of business unit strategies and plans in the market while maintaining effective communication to our partners to strengthen brand presence and revenues.
Enables business unit’s third-party risk management strategies and program pillars of managing risk, strengthening operational efficiency, driving Enterprise value, and delivering exceptional customer experience through effective relationship management of third-party relationships.
Ability to manage complex relationships often with multiple and conflicting deadlines.
Develop different robust performance metrics for multi dimensions measurement, comparison & evaluation of all supply chain factors. Lead the process of formulating, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and agreements with 3PL & other business partners, proposing, and attaining the most advantageous terms on SLA’s to ensure preserving business unit’s best interest and profit.
Contribute to the identification of new business / products opportunities for continuous improvement of CPD Supply chain function, systems, processes, and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
