Plan and implementing the sales and marketing Strategy for paper products within a defined geographic area, within and outside of Country. Ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales & Marketing personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales with earnings. And strengthen the paper product in the eyes of customer by strong Marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the whole plan for sales and marketing and make strategy to achieve those goals.
- Review progress of Revenue on the basis of Target achieved by sales managers and marketing managers. Set the Target for sales managers and Marketing manager.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating plans. advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs by developing field sales action
- Collaborate with VP sales and marketing to improve the market share in paper product line.
- Review progress of Revenue on the basis of Target achieved by sales managers and marketing managers. Set the Target for sales managers and Marketing manager.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating plans. advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs by developing field sales action
- Plan & Strategy to launch a new paper product.
- Perform all other duties and activities assigned to them by their superiors within the realm of their knowledge provided it is not hazardous or dangerous to their person.
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing inclusive of 5 years as Sales and Marketing Manager
- Paper Industry experience is MUST
