"Marketing Head - F&B" (Food and Beverage) is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for a food and beverage business, including creating promotional campaigns, managing brand presence, and increasing revenue through various marketing channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive, short-term, and long-term marketing and PR plans to increase revenue, awareness, and customer visits.
- Plan and launch promotional campaigns to attract customers and drive sales.
- Oversee the development of a brand's presence and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and contribute to achieving financial targets for F&B operations.
- Deep understanding of F&B marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in managing teams and projects within a competitive industry.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry and relevant laws and regulations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Typically requires 6 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to translate market insights into actionable strategic plans that drive business growth.
