Warehouse Manager

Main responsibilities :

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.
Complies with local warehousing, goods handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems.
Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
Arranges on site visits to all warehouse locations around the kingdom the check the physical condition of the Stored goods as well as the storage locations.
Monitors loading schedules and timings on daily basis to ensure achieving replenishment plans.
Monitors and analyzes nonmoving FG stocks on monthly basis to minimize it to safe levels and keep it up to this level.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Liaise with HR team to implement strategic manpower initiatives to achieve Localization targets.
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

6-8 years of experience in warehouse management
Hands on management experience of Multiple geographical Warehouses in KS
Knowledge with warehouse management systems ( WMS ), SAP MM
