Act as primary design interface with clients
Assisting in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
Managing the retail design and delivery agenda for the Malls portfolio, including support for new developments. This incorporates strategic planning and management of new retail delivery initiatives, directing enhanced creative design of all retail, food & beverage, and commercialization fit outs.
Providing critical design review to design teams, communicating design ideas and direction quickly.
Ensuring that the presentation and functional quality of all stores in the Malls portfolio is of the highest standard and in line with the company's directed design criteria.
Ensuring business driven retail design solutions, on site store delivery and minimization of downtime in the income stream because of programmed openings.
Ensured that office design policies, procedures and standards are followed.
Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall
Worked with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligation Provide inputs for maximizing design efficiency, minimizing cost escalations due to design related errors
Ensure that the designs are in consonance with relevant Regulations and local by-laws
Provide updates to the Department director on the progress across projects during review meetings
Review and analysis of schedule impact of potential scope change, including that of key stakeholders.
Monitoring of weekly/monthly progress report.
Represent the management interests Carrying out risks assessment Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Unit Closing by making shore that the tenant contactor is going to hand over the unit as shell and core.
Hand over the units to the new tenant.
