Minimum
1 Year Experience in International
Technical Support
Provide technical support to customers over the phone, with a focus on international clients
Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware problems
Document customer interactions and technical issues in a clear and concise manner
Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study.
Rotational shift (24/7)
Age - 28/29yr Max
5 days working, 2 days rotational off
Language - Only English
