Leading sales team members to achieve sales targets and maximize performance
Ø
Full assessment for all customers with clear KPIs and close follow up on performance and opportunities
Ø
Opening new markets and increase number of distributors in the potential areas
Ø
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Ø
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the department
Ø
Liaise with marketing team to activate and accelerate sales and increase market share in developed areas
Ø
Full understanding of the product and market updates
Ø
Review pricing strategy for our range and competition on a monthly basis
Ø
Work closely with supply chain team to ensure all required are available for our customers on time
Ø
Establishing a sales training program to train new employees within department
Ø
Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
Ø
Awareness and participation in all construction exhibitions and activities
Requirements
Pipe Industry Experience required
