Job Responsibilities
  • After sales technical customer support
  • Spare parts and service - outdoor sales & Sales Target Achievement - Collection of Dues
  • Prepare service and parts quotation along with customer negotiation technical and price
  • Service contract (agreement and sales)
  • Customers follow up on payment
  • Customer visits and market coverage
  • Coordinate with our service team and sales
  • CRM and Report

Requirements
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge- Knowledge in customer relation techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizing and planning skills
  • Work management and prioritizing skills
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Technical marketing skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong computer knowledge of AX and MS Office
