Job Responsibilities
After sales technical customer support
Spare parts and service - outdoor sales & Sales Target Achievement - Collection of Dues
Prepare service and parts quotation along with customer negotiation technical and price
Service contract (agreement and sales)
Customers follow up on payment
Customer visits and market coverage
Coordinate with our service team and sales
CRM and Report
Requirements
Relevant product and industry knowledge- Knowledge in customer relation techniques
Strong communication skills
Organizing and planning skills
Work management and prioritizing skills
Basic Accounting knowledge
Technical marketing skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong computer knowledge of AX and MS Office
