Assisting the line manager in the development and implementation of respective section strategies and operations process. Supervises a team of inspectors to ensure work is completed as per standard and procedure.
- Carries out varied assignments of respective section
- Provides technical expertise; participates in technical interactions with customers,
suppliers, licensor, or internal teams to address problems, which require technical
advice for timely resolution.
- Leads and coaches team members to apply best practices, assess problems and
generate alternative solutions for escalated issues. Provides formal & informal
feedback to maximize their overall performance.
- Provides detailed training to team members in their area of expertise.
- Manages and relocate resources as required
- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or equivalent in a respective discipline.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
- Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
- 8 years’ experience in the inspection field in which 2 years in a supervisory role
