User Management Lead ( Stock market) - Saudi National

Job Responsibilities:
1.Building and managing a user activation team and taking responsibility for user activity data and analysis, in addition to analyzing their consumption indicators in general.Building a user study team framework and identifying user needs through opinion polls, interviewing users, and collecting user opinions and suggestions.
2.Building, managing, qualifying and training the customer service team and setting standards for performance and quality evaluation.
3.Analyze customer service data and make the required adjustments.
4.Collect customer suggestions and formulate them based on data to improve the product.
5.Preparing periodic reports for service quality and customer satisfaction.
6.Ability to communicate independently with the technical team to solve problems and follow up with clients.

1.Previous experience in the field of stock markets, whether through study or previous work.
2.Full knowledge of the stock market with actual experience of trading in the stock market.
3.Previous experience in user management and data analysis for at least two years.
4.3 years of experience in customer service team management.
5.Experience in analyzing customer service team performance data and quality checking.
6.Full knowledge of the techniques of setting work schedules and arranging work shifts.
7.Good levels in Arabic and English.
