Technical Support Engineer (IOT)

Job Description
Pre-sale technical assistance
  • Assist product manager in new product launches, new customer development, quarterly regular training
  • Assist in product training to Primary and secondary distributors, sales team, chain channel store managers, and promoters

After-Sale Online and offline technical support
  • Assist customers and distributers in installation or new products or resolving problems with existing products related to APP, Cloud, configuration or hardware
  • Support need to be provided online or offline (travel to customer site) as per requirements

Product Management and launch
  • Conduct research and keep updates on competitor products in IOT domain. And suggest new products and features
  • Participate in conferences, new product launches and industry exhibitions
  • If required assist product manager in new product launches and product presentations

Job Requirement
  • 5-10 year experience in IT or hardware
  • Good English in reading, writing and speaking to co-ordinate with international teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, written oral communication and presentation skills
  • Preferably experience in robotics, IOT technology, cellphone or home appliance industry
  • Bachelor degree or above in technical or management field.
