- Managing Release Management life cycle
- Scheduling of all changes and releases.
- QA must meet exit criteria to plan for deployment. Obtaining required artefacts SIT, UAT and Regression Exit Reports and sign offs
- Processing of the Normal, Standard and Emergency, weekly, monthly, and Major release cycles
- Manage releases over automation (Devops)
- Automation of release submission and deployment tools.
- Integrating the releases\Automation releases with ServiceNow and QA tool
- Alignment of resources for the deployment
- Agreement and alignment with the IT stakeholders and deployment team to arrange for the deployment
- Monitoring release progress
