Should have good knowledge on End point patching and testing.
Vendor Coordination and support
Good knowledge on IMAC processes
Good knowledge on local area network issues (LAN), DHCP client etc.) and Hub Rooms support.
Good knowledge on antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates
