OEM Support Engineer

Dammam, Eastern Province · Information Technology
Responsibilities for OEM Support Engineer shall be:
  • The support engineer must be an OEM’s employee, with at least three (3) years of service. Supporting documents shall be provided.
  • The support engineer must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • The support engineer must hold a valid OEM technical certification on the supported storage system.
  • Three years’ experience maintaining similar OEM equipment in a large enterprise computer center similar to the EXPEC Computer Centre.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise level storage systems, and/or High Performance Computing Application, depending on the intended activities or role.
  • Experienced in Linux/Unix Operating systems.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, including computer related technical terminology.
  • Customer may require additional levels of technical certification based on the Installation & Technology being addressed.
