Roles and Responsibility:

· Convert the business expectations (scope) into the User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
· Create Feature list based on the requirements document
· Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders
· Writing User Stories, Creation of Wireframe
· Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface screen
· Coordination with the stakeholder for getting sign-offs on the user stories, wireframes, and Mockups
· Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stakeholders
· Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement
· Prepare and maintain traceability matrix
· Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
· Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
· Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder
· Participate in Bug Triage meetings.

Minimum Requirement

Should have excellent Communication Skills.
Should have min 6 years experience as a Business Analyst.
Should have min 2 years experience related with Loyalty program and Credit card Application.
Should have knowledge of Salesforce application.
Should have knowledge of Marketing (Lead Generation, Sales funnel concept).
