Culture Development Manager

Culture Development Manager will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the organizational culture within our company. Will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged work environment that aligns with our company's values and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement initiatives to drive cultural development, employee engagement, and a sense of belonging among our diverse workforces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular assessments of the current organizational culture
  • Analyze survey results, feedback, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a culture development strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs, events, and initiatives that enhance employee morale and commitment.
  • Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Develop communication strategies to promote the company's culture and values internally and externally.
  • Implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employees who embody the company's culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in culture development, organizational development, or a related field.
