Culture Development Manager will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the organizational culture within our company. Will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged work environment that aligns with our company's values and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement initiatives to drive cultural development, employee engagement, and a sense of belonging among our diverse workforces.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular assessments of the current organizational culture
Analyze survey results, feedback, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a culture development strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Develop and implement engagement programs, events, and initiatives that enhance employee morale and commitment.
Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Develop communication strategies to promote the company's culture and values internally and externally.
Implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employees who embody the company's culture
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in culture development, organizational development, or a related field.
