Recommend and implement sales techniques and activities to drive and maintain business growth in order to achieve or exceed the sales targets within the overall business objectives of the company through creating sustainable and long-term relationships with customers
- Develop and execute the category sales section’s long-term strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategies
- Opening new markets for Pipes departments and develop the current ones.
- Conduct market research on competition, prices, new products , opportunities
- Oversee the respective sales section performance by managing performance of direct and indirect reports, defining workforce requirements, recruiting, training and developing talent
- Prepare and recommend the sales section's budget in alignment to the respective annual business plan.
- Monitor the sales section's financial performance against the budget to ensure alignment with set budget guidelines, identify areas of unsatisfactory performance, and recommend performance improvement opportunities.
- Conduct and prepare sales forecasts for Pipes/Flat Sheets for production department based on previous sales orders in order to determine the amount of respective finished products for delivery to clients
