Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing catalyst and adsorbents sales in the Upstream sector. This includes promoting the company's Offer to develop new and existing customers.
Support the Sales Director in executing the Strategic Sales Plan for the region, including key targets, annual sales budget (revenues and gross margin), as well as other performance objectives
Ensures detailed business/sales plans are in place with regular follow up
Communicate customer technical, business and logistics needs so that internal resources can be prioritized appropriately
In case of extended scope (services, tech support, etc.) beyond the sole supply of adsorbents/catalysts, you are in charge of internal coordination to meet and execute the delivery of such extended scopes
Define re-load opportunities, with regular updates of overall market mapping
Candidate must possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering (O&G) or equivalent
Candidate must have good knowledge of catalysts and adsorbents related to Gas Processing, Dehydration, Mercury Removal, H2S & Gas Sweetening, Sulfur Recovery, Tail Gas Treatment, Acid Gas Removal, Amine Recovery,
At least 7 years of total working experience in the upstream sector, including direct experience in Sales of services/solutions to upstream customers of no less than 5 years in the Middle East region
Proven experience in the overall sales process, from the initial phases of prospection to order
Good technical understanding and experience with catalysts & adsorbents
