Marketing Manager (FMCG / Restaurant/Coffee)

To lead the setting of the overall marketing strategies, annual plans, budget, and calendar of campaigns and events with direct responsibilities towards brand management, advertising, and market intelligence analysis
  • Design and lead the execution of the marketing & digital marketing strategies
  • Design and manage brand strategy and loyalty programs
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the bottom line
  • Lead the design of all online and offline creative design content creation that converts targeted customers
  • Design and lead the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Aligns marketing plans with other functions and stakeholders
  • Monitor the yearly budget of the marketing department and control expenditures to ensure optimal use
  • Negotiate and execute events, sponsorship, and activities within AOP
  • Directs the development and oversees the implementation of policies, guidelines, and standards for delivering quality and cost-effective customer service and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant business field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing with a successful track record in senior marketing roles with F&B, preferably
  • Experience in deploying marketing campaigns, digital marketing, content and social media marketing, product development
