Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial target are met.
Generate and execute commercial strategies including product strategy, MSRP policy, channel policy. etc
Develop distributor to cover CCTV, IT, Electronic channels.
Manager existing chains shops, keep good relationship with customers.
Monitor Order/inventory/sales data to identify problem and opportunity.
Plan and execute channel marketing and promotion activities to increase sell-out.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop brand awareness, supporting marketing activities including products launch, social media, counter activities etc.
Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures.
Job Requirement
Min. a Bachelor degree
Familiar with procurement mode of distributor and retails chain. Have rich channels clients resources, success case of developing CCTV, IT, Mega retail independently.
With 5+ years experience as sales in CCTV, IT, Electronics channels, experience in Smart Home segment will be a big advantage.
