Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
  • Should have strong knowledge in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Learning Management, Absence Management and Performance Management with a minimum of two implementation experience.
  • Expertise on understanding the business requirements and mapping to the business processes with documentation (RD011, Moscow list, GAP analysis and user manual).
  • Should be able to Configure new BG according to business requirement with all key business information
  • Must have good experience in loading the legacy data into the new BG
  • Knowledge on Integrations with HR, Payroll and Finance modules
  • Should be conversant in conducting CRP, UAT and handling Post implementation support
  • Must have strong knowledge in AME (Approval Management cycle)
  • Must have good experience in writing Fast Formulas
  • Must have knowledge all the standard reports and able to create custom reports
  • Must have good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow process
  • Knowledge on Saudi legalization business processes preferred
