Should have strong knowledge in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Learning Management, Absence Management and Performance Management with a minimum of two implementation experience.
Expertise on understanding the business requirements and mapping to the business processes with documentation (RD011, Moscow list, GAP analysis and user manual).
Should be able to Configure new BG according to business requirement with all key business information
Must have good experience in loading the legacy data into the new BG
Knowledge on Integrations with HR, Payroll and Finance modules
Should be conversant in conducting CRP, UAT and handling Post implementation support
Must have strong knowledge in AME (Approval Management cycle)
Must have good experience in writing Fast Formulas
Must have knowledge all the standard reports and able to create custom reports
Must have good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow process
Knowledge on Saudi legalization business processes preferred
