Technical Team Manager – High-Rise Towers

One of our Real Estate clients is looking for an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead technical activities for major high-rise tower developments in Riyadh.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) providing centralized technical support to the project
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals prior to issuance to site teams
• Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and the project's technical and design requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure constructability before construction proceeds
• Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions
• Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams on complex issues
• Monitor emerging technical risks across the project and report status, issues, and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise towers or major real estate developments
• Proven experience in technical management and multidisciplinary team leadership

Strong knowledge of high-rise towers construction and technical coordination.
