Our client is one of the leading and well-established hospitality companies, recognized for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving innovation across the hospitality sector. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth plans
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, treasury, taxation, and internal controls
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, Saudi regulations, and corporate governance requirements
• Lead IPO readiness initiatives and ensure compliance with Tadawul listing and reporting requirements
• Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory authorities, banks, and key stakeholders
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while driving continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA
• Minimum 12 - 15 years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership experience
• Mandatory experience working with a Tadawul-listed company
• Proven expertise in IPO preparation, listing requirements, and post-listing compliance
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is Must
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, corporate governance, taxation, treasury, and risk management
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
