Area Sales Manager Retail (Non Food)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales consultants and showroom managers
Set showroom sales targets and monitor performance
Analyze sales KPIs and identify the areas to improve sales
Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, Training etc.)

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for GCC experience
At least 3 years in a management role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using CRM software and analyzing sales data
A minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
