FIRCO Application Support engineer
Riyadh, Riyadh ยท Information TechnologyJob Description:
- 7 to 10 years Working experience in Payment and Customer Screening (Firco Continuity, Firco trust, FSK and Firco Utilities)
- 5 years Banking domain experience
- Knowledge of WebSphere/Unix/Oracle/SQL query and IBM MQ
- Vendor Coordination, JIRA, Service Management/Change Management tool experience
- System monitoring including log / error checking and trouble shooting
- Providing Solution on incident / Service Request tickets received
- Raise Problem Tickets & take necessary actions till closure.
- Liaise with vendors for problem tickets & resolve issues
