Role Description:
Overseeing the coordination of construction works and ensuring that they are in accordance with schedule, plans and priorities.
Shall have minimum 5 to 10-year relevant experience in construction field.
Shall be able to read design drawings and blueprints.
Shall be able to produce manpower schedules and monitor the attendance of crew.
Shall be able to inspect construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate to complete the task.
Supervising the use of machinery, tools and equipment.
Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during construction processes.
Guaranteeing and implementing safety precautions and also ensuring that quality standards are met.
Reporting the progress of construction to Lead Engineer, and other relevant personnel.
Must have minimum 3 years Construction experience in SAUDI ARAMCO projects and familiar on the Standards and Specification
Knowledge on Water Meter system in land scape of installing and integrating District and Chilled Water Meter/ Flow Meters and Level Indicators
Must have instrumentation configuration exposure to understand how to work on the systems
Shall demonstrate Constructability knowledge and has to validate multiple complex scenarios of works with solution approach implemented in his previous assignments
Shall demonstrate handling capability of Subcontractor performance for over all Scope of Civl/ Electrical and Instrumentation, Client pressure
Preferred Arabic speaking, having own Car and valid Driving license of KSA
Preferred exposure in Smart Device integrations and knowledge of latest Smart City technology
