Technical/Solution Architect (Remote)
Europe, All over Europe · Information Technology- Represent the Platform and Engineering team as the Technical SME for Sprinklr in support of a global rollout.
- Secure technology alignment for the solution, liaising between various teams and stakeholders in the Novartis IT landscape.
- Design and configure the appropriate technical solution, so that all requirements are met and that expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled.
- Support the business and technical teams to identify and leverage the capabilities of Sprinklr and social media platforms.
- Setup and configure social media connections based on business use cases.
- Assist in defining and applying best practices for integrations and the development of API connections between Sprinklr and external systems.
- Contribute to the planning of solution development and deployments with SMEs, project managers and development team.
- Building strong internal relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to drive market readiness of the platform.
- Flexibility in working with internal teams across time zones.
- Create and maintain internal technical documentation.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT / computer science.
- 5+ years of experience in technical design / architecture role.
- 3+ years of experience with the Sprinklr platform.
- Experience in configuring, customising and enhancing Sprinklr dashboards and reports.
- 2+ years’ experience with Computerized System Validation (GxP) and Software development GAMP Category 5.
- Understand the basics of natural language processing.
- Deep understanding of both the technical aspects of platform integration ideally with experience across social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc).
- Experience with modern application packaging, deployment, containerization, and other supporting tools (SonarQube, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience with cross-platform development including working with and delivering social media data and content across multiple platforms, devices, etc.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
