•     Must have good hands on experience working on Java.
•     Should be able to work as an individual contributor.
•     Must have good experience working on wdk customizations and DFC Coding.
•    Strong on Documentum core concepts (security,lifecycles,workflows,object models, jobs).
•     Good Knowledge working on Documentum composer.
•     Sound knowledge on ACL’s ,Lifecycles, Methods/Jobs.
•     Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
•     Must have knowledge on Database SQL & DQL queries.
•     Must have knowledge on Tomcat / Jboss.
•     Documentum D2 experience & Documentum Administration is added advantage.
•     Debugging skills, Bug fixes and code change.
•     Knowledge on Change management and Route to Live deployment process.
•     Must have effective communication and writing skills.
