Proven work experience in leading or mentoring in an service delivery management role;
Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery roles;
Experience of working in a public transportation organisation would be advantageous, but not essential;
ITIL or COBIT Certified at “Foundation” or equivalent;
BSc of Science or Business Administration or higher;
Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple services;
Clear communicator with problem-solving aptitude;
Proficiency in English.
